Penthouse 450 is a 2600 square foot venue space located just a step off Park Avenue in Downtown Winter Park, about 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 25 minutes from International Drive and the Convention Center. Penthouse 450 has an exclusive and upscale feel with a overall stunning contemporary design, with incredible attention to detail. This unique venue space is one of the only options of it’s kind in Winter Park, with a beautiful 1400 sq ft interior event space and 1200 sq ft balcony overlooking Winter Park.
