‘The Rooftop’ in Downtown Orlando is a perfect example of a non-traditional venue. By day, the space is occupied by Financial Titans – Talon Wealth Management. By night, we occupy this amazing rooftop space as an event venue. Avenue Event Group specializes in turning these non-traditional spaces that otherwise would be unavailable to the public, into attainable venue spaces that are definitely creating memorable events.
‘The Rooftop’ is Orlando’s newest unique event space. Situated in the heart of Downtown Orlando, this 10,000 square foot event space features 360 degree views of Orlando, from the middle of downtown. Downtown Orlando is a short 15-minute drive from the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and International Drive.

Talon Wealth Management knew they had a beautiful office with an even better balcony overlooking all of Downtown Orlando from the heart of the City Beautiful when they moved in. They knew it would be the perfect place to host events, but weren’t sure how to go about doing so, since they specialize in Wealth Management. They reached out to AEG in 2017 in order to partner with us to sell and manage the space on their behalf. AEG put their marketing hats on and developed the concept for “The Rooftop” and got to work. AEG built out the website, scheduled photoshoots, put together a marketing campaign and the phones started ringing like crazy! ‘The Rooftop’ is one of the highest (literally) ranking websites for major event venue related search terms and the bookings have resulted in an additional revenue stream for Talon WM.
